At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all mechanical keyboards and components are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the electronics in their original retail packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to SwitchKeys

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
