How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Orders for in-stock components and peripherals are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international transit times vary by location.
What is the difference between a Group Buy and an In-Stock purchase?
A Group Buy (GB) is a pre-order for a product that hasn't been manufactured yet. By participating, you help fund the production run. In-stock items are ready to ship immediately from our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on mechanical switches and PCBs?
Yes, all electronic components including PCBs and switches come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that damage caused by improper soldering or modifications is not covered.
Can I cancel my Group Buy order?
Group Buy orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, a 3% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable processing fees until the GB period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger builds, we also offer interest-free installment plans through our financing partners.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
